Production

Our products are made-to-order. By submitting an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for having checked that the color, finish, and size of the chosen products is correct. Please refer to the product's downloadable Spec Sheet for exact dimensions prior to placement. Every submitted order shall be considered final, and Manos reserves the right to accept, refuse, cancel or hold any order you place with us.

Once we’ve received your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email that includes your order number and details. While your product is being made, you can always reach out for a status update at info@manos-made.com and include your order number as a reference.

Once your product is ready, a separate shipping confirmation email will follow with tracking information and other relevant shipping information.

Lead Times

Lead times vary by product and capacity. Please refer to respective product pages for our current lead times. Current lead times are generally 8-12 weeks.
